What I did in photoshop to enhance these photos is first using the gradient tool. For the top photo I used blue, then for the bottom I used a pink. I then mixed them and for the top photo I used a filter than make everything neon. For the 2nd photo I added a really colorful filter, then I added a sky replacement with a huge tree in the back.
